Entirelypets

I just ordered some UlcerGard for my guy and the best deal I was able to find was through Entirelypets - 15% code and free shipping. Of course, I just read reviews that people have had trouble getting the correct products from the company but most of these complaints are for dog products but it still makes me nervous. Has anyone had any recent experiences with them?

Not real recent but never had any trouble.

I have bought Ulcergard from them a couple of times and never had an issue. Best deal around usually.

I’ve ordered UlcerGard from them before and never had an issue. They shipped it out pretty quickly.

Thanks all! I got a little paranoid!

I order from them all the time for dog flea stuff and UlcerGard and never had an issue with them. Love that they do pretty frequent deals and lots of opportunities for free shipping. Almost every holiday they have a sale.

Good to know! It was an old Chronicle post that tipped me off to the site in the first place - someone mentioned free shipping requirements and that they have coupon codes rather often, so I was all over it! I ordered the 6-pack of Ulcergard and I have a hunch I’m going to be needing it rather frequently :sigh:

My only issue with them (not involving Ulcerguard) was they will claim something is in stock when you order online, but after you’ve placed your order you will get a notification that it’s backordered.

I would rather know before I place the order so I can look for another source if I need something ASAP.

Unfortunately, it’s happened 3-4 times, so I tend not to use them anymore.

I ordered from them for the first time this summer. Three items, one of which ended up was backordered, but with a predicted in-stock date only a few days away, so fine. However, over a week past the expected in-stock date, it had still not come in (and the entire order was being held; this was with free shipping, so I understood they wanted to ship only one package and was cutting them some slack, but still).

I finally called and spoke to a customer service rep who agreed to send out the two in-stock items asap. Turned out that the lagging product came in only a day or two later, so both shipments arrived at almost the same time.

Not saying I’d never ever order from them again, but if that turns out to be their normal way of doing business, then never mind, I’ll shop elsewhere.

I only order my Recovery EQ from them in the 11 lb. size, but I’ve always been happy with the service. I usually find a discount code on retailmenot.com, and with the free shipping (it’s always free at that price range), it’s the best price around!

Jarpur & Gainer -

The out-of-stock issue was a common thread for complaints about them, so your experiences are apparently common for others too. If it’s a frequent occurrence and happens with the UlcerGard, I’ll probably move on to someone else but I’m hoping the stock problem is mostly with dog products (seemed to be based on people’s reviews/complaints about not getting what they ordered).

I’ve been ordering my dog’s joint supplements from them for years and never had a problem, save the time a package got held up at the post office with postage due. I emailed them about the problem and they reimbursed me for the extra postage within 24 hours. I was also buying Conquer HA liquid from them when I was using it for my horse because it was way cheaper than anywhere else.

If backorder is a concern, you could probably just call customer service first to check before ordering. I always wait for the 15% off site-wide sales and then order enough to get free shipping.

See, that’s the problem. I needed a difficult to find food for my cat. I called first to make sure it was in stock, since it was out of stock everywhere else. I wanted (and paid for) overnight shipment. I called and asked if it was available for overnight and they said yes. Once they had my credit card charged, they sent a backorder notice. So I had to wait almost two weeks for something I really needed the next day, but they already had almost $300 of my money.

Every time I ordered the item, it would say in stock, but then it would be backordered once my credit card was charged. At best, it’s shoddy customer service. At worst, it’s out and out lying to get the order.

On the bright side, I think you get further discounts if you sign up for auto-ship.
