Equestrian Breeches for travel to Egypt

Hello Fellow COTHers;
I am going on horseback riding trip in Egypt in November. Travelling with Ride Egypt.

Looking to buy some new jods/breeches for the trip. Lightweight and light coloured to help me stay cool. Tan/light grey or blue etc.

I have Fits and Kerrits that I like. Prefer pull on. Take an XL in the Fits and L in the Kerrit. I have the fat/muffin belly so prefer high rise or mid rise.

Can you suggest some jods/breeches that will not break the bank? Plan to order from the US online and pick up at border.

PS did like the look of the kerrits ice fil but the ads say low rise in the front!

I have several pair of the Kerrits IceFil and wouldn’t say they were low rise in the front at all. PerformaRide makes really nice breeches/ tights that are high rise and full coverage but great in the heat

Amazon has a brand (Baleaf) that has riding breeches for cheap ($30). I have a pair and they are cooler…even than the Kerrit’s Ice Fill and they have held up very well. I believe they only come in knee patch but that works great for me.

I went to Iceland in May and did a day ride. I just used some heavier active wear leggings with the pockets on the side. In fact, I wore those for the whole trip.
