Unless I’m missing it, it is no longer possible to look up a horse’s race record for free. I looked and looked and couldn’t find “horse search”.
It’s still the same. Upper left corner to pull down the menu option and the search option is there.
I was using the Vivaldi browser, and there was no menu on the left side, nor was there a search place. I just opened Firefox, and there is no menu on theleft, but there is a tiny search box for Horse name at the top middle of the web page and covering part of it. They are obviously going through a website redesign that is still quite buggy.
I just opened Equibase and it looks the same to me as it has for the past 4-5 years.
The place to search for info on a horse (including its race record) is still just where Cammie says.
I don’t see anything different (or buggy).
MY OS is Linux Mint; both Firefox and Vivaldi just updated. So it’s possible that since I use less popular products, their new versions just don’t play nicely with the Equibase website.
Maybe a better way to rephrase this is because you choose to use less common products, they aren’t tested at the same level as more common, and popular, products
Not an unusual state for browsers. Thats why I always have a “popular” one on my system in the event a less popular browser runs into a problem.
I use internet explorer on two different computers/locations and I think Equibase has been crappy for the last few years, with the search boxes switching all over and 5 clicks to get a PDF instead of one.
