Equiline breeches - run small or true?

I may be ordering a pair of Equiline breeches from an online store overseas. For those of you who have them, do they generally run small like many Euro clothiers?

I’ve only found 1 review and that’s what the reviewer said, but not sure to take the word of 1 person’s experience. Would hate to go through the expense of ordering them for them not to fit. Anyone here to share their experience? Thanks in advance!

A little small in the waist.

Last year, I found a deal on a pair of Equiline Cedar breeches at an overseas online store and ended up returning them. The fit was snug in the waist and thighs. I didn’t love the fabric enough to try a larger size. It was disappointing because I love the European brands like Pikeur, Sarm Hippique and Schockemohle and they fit me perfectly.

Thanks! I’m starting to get the sense that if I can’t see/touch/try these, maybe I should just skip for now. I’m not of the “deepest pockets”, and though I’ve found a pair of breeches at a “deal”, everything is relative. Thank you!

How would you say sizing runs? If I’m a 26 in both Pikeur and TS would I be fine ordering the relative European size? Or order up?

I tried a 40 and we’re the same size. The Equiline didn’t fit me well but hopefully that helps!

I love them, but find them to be a little snug. I wear a size 24 in TS and went with the 40 instead of the 38 for Equiline.

If this helps- I take a 28 in the TS trophy hunters, a 42 in animo, and i size up to the 44 in equiline

Very helpful, thank you!
