Need to keep it vague but I know there’s a few equine lawyers in here, and I’m hoping one of them might practice in TN. Happy to talk rates if needed and I can figure out the money thing. Otherwise, I’m happy to operate under the guise of “this is not official legal advice.” But frankly I’m scared and this surpasses my scope.
ETA: I’m not seeking to lawyer up and at this time I’m not pursuing or being pursued in a case. I’m more so just wanting legal advice. Happy to sign NDA/MNDA for assurance.
