I’m dealing with a messy family situation and look for legal advice in the state of Ohio. Happy to pay a fee or retainer. Time is of the essence.
Long story short: A family member is holding a horse hostage on their property and claiming ownership. Because it is their property, we cannot remove the horse without facing trespassing violations. Planning to file for a court order (per police advice), but this isn’t something I have any experience in.
