Has anyone used these products? Are they truly helpful/worth it for the easy keeper pony?

Metabarol made a noticeable difference for my easy-keeper, Cushings-esque Morgan. I know some of the chat boards say it doesn’t work, but, it did for my horse. I took him off it in the winter, when I wasn’t worried about sugar in the grass, then back on in Spring.
