I will be finishing up with Marijke de Jong’s Straightness Training Instructor course in December. I have long been very curious about Equitopia. I hate that you have to pay a membership THEN pay more for each course. Is anyone currently a member? Want to sell me on it ?
I’ve been a member for years now - $5/mo. Have never paid anything additional but do see courses that appear to cost additional $. They have plenty of videos available from the past and periodically have a webinar available to watch for free that is “live”.
My favorite that comes to mind is Dr. Sue Dyson on lameness and horses showing pain. I’ll always remember being on her live webinar and raising the issue with pain that we have to deal with the pressure from others to just push them through it or we’re babying them…and her saying we have a moral obligation to our horses to resist that pressure and do the right thing by them.
There are many other vets, trainers, rehabbers, nutritionists, saddlefitters and all have videos available.
