European stallion recommendations for jumper mare

Hi all,

I’m based in the U.K. but this is quite an active breeding forum so I hope it is ok to post in here. As I’m in the U.K. I am looking for European based stallions

I am looking for stallion recommendations for a mare that has jumped to 1.30. She is very careful with a good technique. She is quite hot so I am hoping to improve that. She is quite fine and petite so I am looking for something to add a bit of bone and height. I am looking to breed an amateur jumper for myself to ride so i’m not looking for sires that are known to produce tricky offspring.

I have been given a stallion suggestion already from a friend but I am not sure I am keen so I am just wanting to see what other people would recommend.

Have a look at Stallion AI Services. They have a smorgasbord of stallions and I spend far too many wasted hours having a look at them. West Kingston Stud has some very nice horses - I hadn’t realised they stood Cevin Z. Future Sport Horses have really beautiful stallions and their get consistently win at British Breeding shows.

People will want to see your mare’s pedigree and a photo if they are to give you a recommendation for a stallion for her.
