Just wondering if there is any talk about it. I read somewhere that XC was planned, but that’s all. Any rumors, gossip, etc.? Don’t understand why there isn’t one there already.
When we were there a few weeks ago we were told that they have applied with USEF to have Pony Finals and NAYRC - so they would have to have cross country course to host that. They sure have plenty of land for it.
Rumor here has it that it’s definitely planned. Show jumping and dressage to be done at the TIEC showground, more land being purchased to create a high-level XC course. Rumored to be 4****. But the rumors here are crazy - Trump’s in town! Bill Gates was here this weekend! The Springsteens are buying a place! The partners bought the airport! You can get millions for your shack, 4 acres and a barbed wire fence! Very few ever substantiated. But one thing is true: 90% of real estate ads now features distance to TIEC.
Very exciting! We live a couple of hours away and have been too lazy to visit. I’d be there in a heartbeat if they opened a XC course. I want to plan a weekend soon, I’m really looking forward to it.

FYI, there’s nothing going on there now except more construction because the owners, riders, etc. have all gone to Florida or elsewhere. You could still see the facilities and overall layout but no showing for awhile. Lots being planned for the spring and summer though.
I noticed there was nothing on the calendar. All that beautiful space just sitting there!
