To what level of pure dressage is the Olympic eventing dressage most equivalent?

It is most similar to 3rd Level Test 3.

The 4* tests are closer to 4, 1, I think. At least one of the two has a walk pirouette. This is a special short Olympic test that was designed, according to the BBC Commentators, by Christian Hesse and Chris Bartle.
