I’m looking for a stable within a reasonable distance to Toronto where a friend (who is a beginner) and I can take lessons. I rode hunters and Jr jumpers as a teen and after restarting riding 4 years ago (some arena work, but mostly hacking) am looking to start riding seriously again, with the aim of eventually leasing and doing low level eventing. I’m looking for a suitable stable that can also accommodate my level as well as my friend’s need for beginner level lessons. I hope I’m not looking for a unicorn. TIA!
Not sure if Schomberg is too far but Raynham Stables is more of a schooling atmosphere for the eventer. Schooling barns for eventers aren’t as common as we would like in our area.

I don’t know the area well but one of my knabstrupper pals has a farm up that way. She teaches all levels of dressage and events as well. Plus, she has horses available to ride and lease. When I visited her farm, I flew into Toronto.
