This :point_up_2: I am learning this. I will never realize unspoken dreams with my horse, have wondered about the sensibleness of continuing to keep one when obviously I won’t do that or that or even that.
But then I go to the barn, duties have made me later than usual, the air is calm, the stars are bright. I hear a nicker. I sigh. The day slips away and I breathe again. I am grateful.

This was a good article. I hope she is finding her happy place! I’m going to start following her on Insta and read her previous blog posts. Thanks for posting. My niece is deploying to Kuwait tomorrow, so this makes me think of her. She has lived with us on and off over the past 7 or 8 years.
