Anyone use this site to order anything? What did you order and what was your experience?
They have great prices compared to the US. I’ve used other websites like Red post equestrian and had good experience, but never this particular site.
Looking at their tall boots in particular but curious about the overall experience!

I was worried about inputting my size, it says a representative will be in touch with me to confirm sizing etc. Is that what happened for you as well?
I’ve bought two pairs of Parlanti boots from them. Good prices, no issues.
I had a bit of a weird experience with them a few years ago. I bought a bridle and had to follow up multiple times to confirm it shipped after they charged my credit card. I’m not sure they actually stocked it, which wasn’t clear from the site and they did not communicate with me until I reached out multiple times.
I did get the bridle (finally) and the price was very good. I haven’t ordered from them since because it was such a pain to deal with. There are many other EU/UK tack stores with much better customer service and communication.
I ordered boots from them and they claimed they would arrive by x date, never arrived and had not shipped by then. I contacted the company and they were no help. Once I disputed the charge on my credit card the boots mysteriously shipped…
I bought new Parlanti from there for around $300 and ship took a little bit but I love my boots. They do a Christmas mystery box which I love and often have deals.
