I monitor the Safe Sport list, as do many other people, as does the COTH. That is why the list is available.
I have no idea who this woman is. I googled her name and this thread came up.

I do not know who this person is or have anything to do with the person who bumped up this thread - but to me this is the type of reason that makes sense to bump up an old thread. Keeping people informed about things.

It doesnât matter. Most of the people on that list and several others I have seen still teaching kids. Itâs garbage.

Are the parents aware that those people are on the SafeSport Suspension list? And the implications of being on the list?
If theyâre not USEF members or have not looked it up, probably not.

The list is not garbage - maybe itâs not being diffused enough?
At the same time, the banned people donât have a tag on their forehead about itâŠ
Itâs thread like this, and people talking about it and educating people around them that will prevent people like this to teach young people.

Perhaps I need to be more clearâŠI did not mean to infer the list was garbage, I meant that it is garbage that these people are still teaching children. Anyone who is accused of a crime involving a child should be blasted for life, I have absolutely no pity for people like that, none whatsoever.

She has been removed from the SS list, very recently. It seems that her case was dropped by SafeSport or arbitration. She may still be banned by them in the future due to ongoing criminal charges in CA, from when her life imploded a few years ago.

Sheâs disreputable and should be banned. DO NOT do anything with her. I want to retract my old comments but do not know how. She lies, steals and is not a good teacher. She rides well but makes the horses tense.
Googled Jaclynâs name and found her on no suspension list anywhere. Harsh accusations have been made on this thread.
