Does anybody have any experience exporting semen to Mexico? Either frozen or cooled? Would love some info, thanks!

We shipped frozen down there several years ago. We had to have a special batch made for Mexico. The requirements were far tougher than Canada, go figure. We looked into sending fresh but shipping was a bit of a problem in that there were no gaurantees it would arrive at a certain time. It also took longer than one would think, so we went with frozen.
