Extra Jaw Padding: Yes, No, Maybe?

I’ve recently been looking at figure 8 bridles, and I don’t think I’m the only one who does the process of elimination in order to determine which one to purchase. If you do this sometimes it’s hard to choose between the final two. That’s the problem I’ve run into. I already have a bridle with a detachable flash in oakbark and I don’t like the havana brown and how it looks on my horses. One of the bridles comes in havana, oakbark, and black, which would be my next color of choice. It is also pictured with extra padding under the jaw. The whole bridle seems to be thick (not my favorite look), but that may just be due to the angle it was taken at. The other bridle comes in oakbark and havana and the nose piece (or is it knot?) is more padded, but they both come with sheepskin padding. This nosepiece is also shaped kind of like a flower with four petals and I love the unique look. This bridle still has a padded jaw, but it isn’t extra. I’ve already heard great reviews about this one. My horses aren’t sensitive under the jaw, the world will not end if I get another oakbark colored bridle, nor will I die if I don’t get the unique one, but I figure the padding on the first bridle with extra padding will probably go down anyway and I may have to replace it on either bridle, so that probably shouldn’t be the only reason I buy it.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to which one I should get or any input that may help me decide?

I got lost somewhere in the descriptions. Can you post links to the different bridles? That might help.
