FAILED LOG IN ATTEMPT message -- will be fixed!!

Our apologies to those trying to log-in and receiving a failed log-in attempt message. We switched around a setting earlier today to bolster security here further, and we put things too far under lockdown!

I’m actually having trouble accessing the control panel to reset it at the moment, so please bear with us!

i’m having trouble today and my regular login has an email that goes to an old work email that no longer exists. I thought i changed that… how can i fix this issue? i can’t log in. thanks.

Hi altermetoday – I’m guessing you’re logged in on one computer or device, but can’t get on on another, since you’re able to post your question, correct?

You can re-enter your password while you’re on the device in which you’re logged in, to make sure the password is what you think it is, then you can use it to log in on the other device.

To change your password, you can click on “settings” from the left side of the blue bar near the top of the page, then “edit email & password” from the menu on the left.
