Can anyone recommend a fall detection device with GPS for someone who rides and hacks out alone?

It is still in pre-order and doesn’t ship until January, so I haven’t been able to use it yet, but it looks promising!
I hope you write an update after you get and have used the Tended device. It looks intriguing!
The newest Apple watch has fall detection.
The Apple Watch looks awesome. I’d love to know if anyone uses it for this before investing. An iPhone 6 is required however.
The tended device looks great too. Will it work in North America ?
When I checked the UK site, it redirected me to the North American site so I presume so. It does look interesting.
Ive been using the Ride With Me ap on my phone when I am by myself. It does work!
Although I havent fallen with it, I have forgotten to turn it off when I got done and was bombarded with calls from my emergency contacts!
