Karl Cook wins on Caracole. Replays and results here: https://www.rolexseries-equestrian.com/en/Events/Falsterbo/Falsterbo-Horse-Show.html#StartResultList
That mare is amazing. If they could teach her to read the course map she’d win on her own, she really seems to get the “game”.
She does seem to get it, bless her heart.
None of the other U.S. riders (Kent, McLain or Carley) made it through to the jump off, but a U.S. win is nice to see in such big competition.
I will be the disgruntled loser who says Damn! What a fairy tale it would have been for Con Quidam to win. He and his jockey have been together since they were juniors. He is now 19 I believe.
There’s nothing wrong with having a favorite!
Karl and his hot bay mares.
Super well done
