We had my sister in laws wedding on our farm this past weekend, and though it was a ton of work and hot (just over 100F for the past few days) it was pulled off and was just the most perfect day.
We introduced the wedding party using our horse trailer to drive everyone down to the ceremony, then walked everyone off the ramp and up the aisle. Our 4 ponies were out in their paddock for the day and ran down screaming as we dropped the ramp (I’m sure they thought we were bringing a new pony to the farm ha ha!) and it was the most fitting ceremony for all of us horsey folk
We had a nice large 40 x 100ft tent set up and used some jumps and dressage letters and fencing for the dinner party. We placed 2 of our carriages in the tent for gifts and it was the most perfect finishing touch. It was very fitting and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
My pup (Greater Swiss Mountain Dog) had fun dressing up and is almost 6 months old now (and is 80lb already!! Yikes, how did that happen??) with her Mini Aussie buddy Tanner.
We haven’t received any of the pro photos, so these were all snapped on a cell, but enjoy!
