Looking for farrier recommendations in the Highland, MD (near Columbia) area. I have one horse (front shoes only) and we event. I have reached out to a few people that have been suggested to me by friends but just want to make sure I look into all my options!

Probably best to stick with the ones your friends recommended. Some farriers aren’t taking new clients unless they are a new horse at one of their existing barns i.e. new boarder.
Chris Chaffman, good farrier who services that area. He came out to do a single horse for me once.
