Ugh…. Off to a BAD start.
Unfortunately Hip 355 at the FT sale broke down today.
The horse snapped both fronts legs & was euthanized.
Remarks say the track was in horrible condition & many bystanders & buyers had voiced concerns that were not heeded after until this accident occurred.

Poor girl
It is tragic that this had to happen for the powers that be to take notice of unsafe conditions.
An own-goal for everyone concerned: the auction house, the track, the handlers. Who will consign youngstock to that sale in the future?
There were some very nice horses in the sale.
