Hey…if it’s THAT cold; just stay home…there’s another day!!:winkgrin: And besides my butt/legs are already well padded so this is NOT a problem! It’s them other parts that get cold!! Hands/feet first. And thats brutal! :eek:
Has anyone tried the Romfh Winter Scandia breeches listed in one of the posts above? Are they windproof? I am hoping to find something very similar to the Kerrits Sit Tight and Warm (but in tan) while all the stores are doing their winter clearance…
I like the Irideon Wind Pro but they don’t make them in tan anymore. Kerrits sit tight and warm used to have a beige too. Sometimes I just put long underwear under my Ariat Pro circuit but now they’ve been discontinued too. Not much choice in the way of tan or beige or white.

Tuff rider winter breeches are pretty warm & currently on sale at Dover ($45.00).
Ive been wearing a pair of the Romfh Winter Scandia breeches for the past 3 years, theyve held up really well and are pretty windproof.They have a light fleece lining, not as thick as equissentials or tropical rider, so i usually pair them with a pair of tights on really cold days. The one downside is that they are a really light, light beige color, i would like it if they were a bit darker. But ive been very happy with them otherwise.
I ended up with the Kerrits Pro Fleece and they have worked well. They are wind proof and I cab get some Cuddleduds on underneath on the really cold days.
