I’m looking for something wicking, too, if at all possible. Currently using Ecole but I’d like something other than black/white for schooling. Horse is a chestnut mare, about 14.2 hands and relatively short-backed.
Ogilvy makes larger dressage pads
I was also going to suggest Ogilvy. I have one of their jump pads for my forward flap jump saddles- plenty of room!
Another vote for Ogilvy - they are great quality, not too thick, and wash up well. I highly suggest getting the Profile model and not the baby pads as they have more structure.
For reference, I have an 18" dressage saddle with long flap, and I use the “Regular” size Ogilvy pad. You shouldn’t have any issues with your 19" saddle in the Large size.
I buy the Dover Rider pads when they are on sale. But they tend to be white. Very easy to launder Long enough with enough drop to work with the larger saddle.

I love the PRI pads and use them regularly.
Navy blue and Hunter green tend to look lovely on chestnuts… Blue pads work nicely with black saddles, in this case a Passier GG. Lovely, high-tech, but not-bulky pad that I recently found new on eBay for $40.

What brand of pad is this?
I have a 19" saddle and I buy any saddle pad and they’ve always worked fine. I have a SmartPak saddle pad that is fine. Lately I’ve bought several Equestrian Stockholm pads which are just under $100 and work great.
Katie, it’s a Passier saddle pad.
Lucky! My short backed horse can’t even wear an 18" saddle. Just not enough space
Katie, here is another big pad I discovered last month and can recommend, by Waldhausen.
Also under $50 new, and not synthetic/bulky like so many cheap ones:

I had to get a custom made saddle with shorter panels. I needed the 19" and my horse needed a 36 cm hoop tree. It took me two years and countless demo’s before I finally got something that fits both of us–and I had to go a pretty good stretch outside of my initial budget.
Thank you, I wasn’t sure if you were referring to the pad as well as the saddle.
