Favorite full seat breech (not tights) with side pocket for phone?

These are hard to find! Dover got some in from Cavallo and sold out instantly. They are cargo style, with a flap and snap, and are really nice. I would love to find some other breeches (not tights) with a good cell pocket. What are your favorites?

I know you said not a tight and these technically are but the wear much more like a technical fabric pull on breech with good belt loops and a very nice side pocket (mesh).
Piper Full Seat Fusion Breech

They are my favorite breeches, outside my Romfh Sarafina (which don’t have a good pocket)

For the price, I like Equinavia. Here are a few that have decent pockets.

Depending on why you don’t want tights - I Like the FreeRide Lux and Pro lines. The Pros are a more substantial fabric than the Lux (which are more like a legging material but SO comfy). Both come with side pockets and the option to have a regular front zip and snap (I don’t like how pull on tights look without the zipper/ snap). The Pros aren’t as substantial (stiff?) as some other breeches but IMO they are substantial enough without being over bearing in heat and such. They are a compression material IIRC. They are cheap and have a nice return policy.

I have a few pairs of the Correct Connect winter breeches that I like. They have tge thigh pocket. Not sure if they have a non-winter version.
Truthfully I love “The Horse Holster” I use it on my calf. Don’t even notice it is there when I ride.

I (finally) am getting an Apple watch so I won’t need my phone on my person while I ride. So looking forward to not needing a phone pocket!

Pikeur has consistently done the best job on breeches with phone pockets. If you order them overseas, they’re cheaper because small number orders don’t have to pay import fees. I use MyBreeches.

Bumping this up.

I still love FITS but looking for something a little less pricey, but all I’m finding are breeches with what I term “butt flaps.” I have no idea if there are actually back pockets or just the flaps but those of us with curves don’t want, at least I don’t want, butt flaps!!

I love my Pikeurs. They’re a bit pricey, but they do last forever: https://www.amirashop.co.uk/product/pikeur-new-lugana-grip-ladies-breeches-fabric-479-234.

another vote for pikeur. you can get them at a reasonable price from mybreeches.com.

Does anyone know of any FS breeches with a side pocket that are NOT silicone, besides the Smartpak ones? I’m starting to collect entirely SP breeches because I can’t usually find any others that are not $$$ and are not silicone, would love to expand my options…

I have the same question, I really prefer the “suede” full seat of the smart pak ones but don’t always want the contrast stitching. Not a fan of the silicone seat trend

Pikeur is the only one I’ve found with the suede/non-silicone and a phone pocket. Look for the “mccrown”
seat vs the “grip”. They have several different ones but here’s an example:

The Candela Glamour McCrown was discontinued, so if you can find that, you can get them a lot cheaper.

What about FITS?

full seat
no silicone
side pocket
belt loops

…are the unicorn I’ve been searching for as well! I don’t actually think they exist because the full seat doesn’t give much give in the material (my theory), so the hips are always too tight for me or the waist gap and extra material around the abdomen is awful. Thus I must have a belt to stop them from falling down.

FITS - Their techtread tights are the closest I’ve found to a unicorn so I wear them as much as possible. I like the newer winter option too actually.

TuffRider Ribbed Full Seat - I overall like these except no pocket so they don’t get worn much, but the white ones are my show breeches. I do get too much of an abdomen slouch that looks horribly unflattering because there is too much material but they at least stay up and let my hips move.

Romfh Sarafina - ok fit but no side pocket, I do ride in these but not as often as the FITS because of lack of side pocket. I haven’t bought a pair in a while and holy smokes are they expensive at first search.

Pikeur - don’t fit me well

SmartPak - don’t fit well
