Favorite show shirts for HTs?

I have a couple of short sleeve shirts that I wear for events, but I’m looking for something long-sleeved for cool fall events- what are your favorite tops for xc? Bonus points for options <$50.

For XC, I like sun shirts in the summer, the kind with a full zip neck and mesh underarms. In cool weather, I wear a long sleeved Under Armor top (zip neck as well). They wick well and dry quickly, but offer enough of a wind break that they stay warm. I like collars, and I am accustomed to riding in long sleeves- better protection, from the sun and/or road rash :lol: I usually just wear black, but they come in all sorts of fun colors to fit your style.

Ditto! The high/zip neck and long sleeves help prevent any rubbing from the safety vest. I also love Under Armour, as well as Asmar. Tailored Sportsman makes my favourite zip-up long sleeve sun shirt.

I’m also a quarter zip fan (I don’t find UA to be very comfortable, but then I’m always shopping the clearance rack!). I just buy what I find that I like material, price, and color-wise–some horse brands (Irideon, Horze) and some athletic brands (Avia, Danskin, etc.).
