Feeding Tubes, PEG, G/J Does Anyone Ride With One?

I have severe gastroparesis (paralyzed stomach) as well as a host of other complex medical conditions. We have exhausted all medication options and my doctor is now asking me to consider a feeding tube, most likely a GJ as we need to bypass the stomach completely.

I wondered if anyone on this forum is a tubie and if so, have you had any issues while riding? Pain, leaking?

Me! I had a Mickey (sp?) for 3 years. Sometimes I had discomfort but never any leaking or serious pain. I evented with it in! Good luck
