Feiner Stern Mare. Who should I chose for stallion?

I have a Feiner Stern Mare. Bay, 16.1 hh, 16 years old. She is out of a registered GOV tb mare. My mare is also registered GOV. She has a tb personality and is quite nervous, she is very sensitive and can be stubborn, however she loves to please and loves attention (She is very sweat at heart). Her shoulder is a little strait, lower set neck, longer back, and a bit of a weak hind end. Would like to add some height, movement, and of course improve her conformation. Would like the foal to go into dressage. She has never had a foal, but is in the main mare book because she was intended for breeding. I prefer the longer legged more athletic build and personally don’t want a larger set foal. Movement is important for me. Does anyone have any recommendations for stallions that I should use? I am very new at this (I have a little knowledge) and am a little unsure of what to chose to better improve my mare while still getting the type horse that I am looking for. I like hilltop farm inc. horses and have talked to the breeding manager there who said that Everdale might be a good choice. Thanks!
Video of her several years ago before I owned her. She has gained more weight and has gained much more muscle since then:

Donnerhall is a known nick with Feiner Stern; there are several very nice stallions who have come about from that cross. A Donnerhall-bred stallion also might help steady her temperament.

Do you have any personal recommendations for Donnerhall offspring that are good stallions? I know a few Donnerhall offspring, however they didn’t really catch my eye.

First Dance, Florestan x Donnerhall, was just imported and is available through Barb Schmidt, Bridlewood Hanoverians. Sir Gregory, Dreamscape Farm, has two crosses to Donnerhall and no Feiner Stern. Are you open to breeding with frozen?

I am open to it, however, I am not entirely sure if my mare will take. I have not had the vet look at her yet to asses what I should use for her. I am more in the beginning stages of just looking at stallions and getting an eye for what is out there and what might be good possibilities when I get closer to breeding her. She is in pretty consistent training and I would like to get a bit of showing done on her first before I breed. Of the two stallions that you recommended I do like Sir Gregory. He definitely has to be in the top 5 of all the stallions that I have seen.

Judy Yancey had a really nice filly by Qredit out of a Feiner Stern mare. I am not sure she bred her - I think she bought her as a foal or yearling, and sold her last year as a 3 y/o. Judy bred Qredit out of her stallion-producing Donnerhall granddaughter. He is owned by Hilltop Farm, and is showing at PSG with very good scores. He also carries Rubinstein I in his pedigree (another plus for good character and easy to get along with temperaments). He was stabled across from us at US Nationals, and he was a really mellow guy. You might want to add him to your list. (And we have him in the OHBS/GOV stallion service auction.)

A lady where I board owns a colt (He is four now) out of a tb/warmblood mare and Qredit and had very good success. He is beautiful and was a premium foal at his inspection. Her mare is built somewhat similar to mine, except she has a higher set neck than my mare does. I saw that Qredit passed down his topline, good neck, and movement, but how well does he improve other aspects of conformation? He was also on my list when I first started looking, but I had several people point me in a different direction. He is a very nice horse indeed.
