We had a fund-raising lunch for the hunt last Sunday. All the tables had paper placemats of running hares (like this http://www.marogers.com/more_details.php?id=100649). It looked wonderful. As Christmas is coming up, it might provoke a thought or two… Any other clever ideas for EASY table decoration?
Trimmings of Christmas trees make excellent centerpieces. You can usually get as much as you can carry for free; we get our tree from Home Depot each year, and as they are trimming and bagging it for you, they toss the trimmed branches into a huge pile. It’s a decoration free-for-all.
If you want to get real crazy, put some cranberries or some other pop of color on top.
Spray paint some pine cones gold.
