Many times on threads, I’ve noticed that people have discussions on what can be in a lease or purchase agreement etc.
Isn’t there a place on CoTH somewhere to upload sample files (with names, addresses etc. of the people deleted) and a notation of what state/nation the file was from? Like a sample sale contract from NM, USA. Or a sample boarding contract from somewhere else.
It seems that many people get in trouble by not having language to go to which would make clear what they are wanting in a contract.
