How do equestrians go about finding jobs in a different area where they don’t know anyone? Looking for assistant trainer type jobs in Florida and unsure where to begin. Would also be interested in learning about other equestrian-adjacent jobs that might be available, too, but feeling really overwhelmed by the possibilities. Professional rider and trainer with decade+ experience running a barn looking for a change. Looking for a permanent full time position, ideally not somewhere crazy saturated or pricey like Wellington or Ocala.
Join local FB groups for that area. There are several with WEC or WEF in the title.
