Finest - Hanoverian by Furstenball: Offspring under saddle?

Hi everyone,
I have purchased a dose of Finest to use on my young mare (either in 2020 or 2021, haven’t decided yet).

Wondering if anyone on here has any experience working with/riding/training any of his offspring? I was told he has been very popular in Europe the last few years but hasn’t really exploded over here (yet :stuck_out_tongue: ).

Video of my filly in case anyone is curious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXXMk0kd4NQ

Also, has anyone on here seen him in the flesh? Impressions?

bump Anyone…?!

That filly is waaaay too ugly to be bred to anything but a Gypsy Vanner :uhoh: :dead:  haha…I’m such a jerk. You know I loff her xoxo

I saw Finest at his licensing in 2013. He was premium, and I think he was the top colt. He is elegant, with lovely movement, and quite refined. The first year or two he was at stud, there was a lot of talk about him. I honestly don’t know how his offspring are doing, but with five years since licensing, it would be worth while finding out what he is doing, ie competing, being shown, etc. He would have offspring undersaddle by now, too.

I know, I was really hoping with all of the COTH breeders who travel to Europe or have contacts in Europe that somebody has gotten some feedback on Finest offspring under saddle…

Exclusive dressage imports in CA has a Finest for sale, with some pictures and video of it. Good luck!
