Doesn’t seem to be working with the new format. This is the first time I’ve tried, and I seem to be downloading a generic file that has nothing to do with my personal messages.
I’ve had this problem before with the old format, and it was fixed in perpetuity.
Have not tried in IE.
Downloading as text works for me in Firefox 20.0. Which download option and what version of Firefox is giving you problems?
I download as text. I think I was running Firefox 19. Using the Down Them all Add-on.
Perhaps the add-on isn’t playing nice? No problems at all using the tool native to the board. Just downloaded 30 PMs and it worked fine. Got a prompt to open the file in notebook, and when I clicked yes, everything was there.
