Let’s take a deep breath here?

Long before I knew anywhere near what I do now, I bred mares and they got in foal. People still do breed mares without bothering about what any of us do on these boards and get mares in foals.

All roads lead to Rome… Take you pick!

I personally use oxytocin each time, but lately, I have only had mares who had had lots of foals. My current broodmare foaled her 7th, almost in a row, this year. Clearly, she needs a little “hmpf” after breeding and she gets in foal easily. :yes: But to each their own!
