First time Bromont trip

I’m looking at heading to Bromont FEI this June and I’ve never been. What things should I know? What do I need to do to make sure everything is good to cross the boarder for both horse/ myself? Are there camper hook ups at Bromont? Nothing was listed in the official show listing. Can we use a generator if there are no hook ups? If not, where do riders stay? And please any tips/ suggestions you may have.

According to the omnibus, water and electric hook up is available at $180 USD. The camping is in a gravel lot right behind the barns.

For other places to stay and eat, check out the FAQ page on their website, it has great suggestions. It’s a beautiful town in a fun area. The stabling could for sure use some upgrades but the cross country is top notch!

As far as for you, an up to date passport for you and anyone with you. Your horse will need a coggins within 6 months of when you are heading back, as well as an international health certificate your vet should be able to assist with.
