I was thrilled this past hunt as I rode my favorite hunt horse since his injury in August. Just hill topped him as it is his first hunt…and 4th ride under saddle.
I was so impressed as he was a perfect gentleman the entire time. I was questioning my sanity as I only had him in a snaffle, and he was perfect! field master asked me to lead through the woods and water as his horse was lagging. I loved how mine would do any speed I asked, and was so attentive. Not to say I was floored and thrilled.
of course, he was the center of the show at a quick field in afterwards…
