Flat Hunt Bridle with Fancy Stitching

Once upon a time I found a true flat, with extra wide noseband for hunting, but it had fancy stitching. At the time I didn’t need a new one but now I do and I can’t find it, anywhere.

Anyone else have one or seen such a thing? It was $$$ but totally worth it. Again it’s a true flat, no raised anything with fancy stitching. Any help is truly appreciated.

TIA

Black Diamond might be able to custom make it for you. They have lovely flat hunt bridles.

Perhaps one of the etiquette mavens could step in here, but I don’t think a fancy stitch bridle would be “proper”. Says the person with all raised and padded bridles for the hunt horses, also not “proper”.

It would probably depend on the hunt and how old you are. Most hunts are pretty tolerant of what juniors and new-to-hunting people use. Traditionally a true flat bridle would have no stitching. Having one with stitching would be … I can’t find the word. But take it for what you will, I do dressage, jumpers and eventing in my flat hunt tack. The only leather bridles I have are flat hunt tack.
