Flat Thin Leather Reins

I’m not sure if this is in the right category but I was at a consignment shop and found myself some really neat reins. They’re leather but they’re not your traditional feel thick reins. Instead, it’s very flat and thin, I found it super comfortable to hold and grip with my hands since I have small hands. It is not curb reins. They’re made like snaffle like reins. Do anyone know what kind of reins this would be??

Are they split? Some people will take Western split reins, cut them down, and have a buckle put on one end.

PS of Sweden makes very thin, flat leather reins.

It’s probably the curb rein to a double bridle. When I was in KY this year I stopped at Freedman’s in Midway and they had the absolutely thinnest curb reins I have ever seen for saddleseat bridles. The come in all styles- flat, laced, and rubber grip.
