Does anyone know of a florist in the US (evidently this is populare in the UK/Australia) who does floral neck garlands for horses? Think Kentucky Derby. There has to be someone I can call. I need one near Atlanta and I’m hoping to hook a florist here up with someone who can tell them how to do this with the right backing, velcro, etc. Odd request, I know.

Seeing as they are a national chain they’d likely be able to design and ship something your way. Doubtful they’d give a competing florist any design trade secrets but it might be a good place to start.
Somewhat related, but I would love to find a silk flower neck garland (for my KY Derby party)!

With preakness it is done by one of the local grocery stores. I bet you could do a search and then have those people call your local store.
Krogers does the ones for the Kentucky Derby and the Breeders Cup. Who would have thought…Krogers. There were on display when I was at the Breeders Cup in November.
