Florida Horse Park Pace Event

Join us for a fun Pace Event at the beautiful Florida Horse Park in Ocala, Florida.
Teams of 2-4 riders compete in 5 different classes by following a clearly marked course throughout the Florida Horse Park and Florida Greenway trail system. Teams are timed from start to finish and awards are calculated based on undisclosed pace times set for each class by the organizers. The teams who come closest to the set pace times are the winners.
Riders from all disciplines are welcome!
Schedule:
7:30am – Registration Opens
8:00am – First Team Out
2:00pm – Last Team Out
Classes:
English Flat, Western Flat, Endurance Training, Jr. Hunter, Hunter
Fees:
Flat Class Fee: $25
Jumping Class Fee: $35
Stabling and Camping available
Requirements:
•Negative Coggins certificate - within 12 months – Coggins Certificates will be checked as you enter the horse park. Please have them readily available.
•Signed waivers for Florida Horse Park, P.O.P. and Greenway Authority
•Helmets with safety straps for all jumping riders – Safety Vests recommended
•Riders 16 years old and under must wear helmets with safety straps
•All riders must wear boots with heels
•Dogs must be leashed
