Font size

Everything on my computer is just huge! I’ve looked through all the settings, and they don’t show a place for font size. I’ve tried to change them in Firefox and they are still huge. I’ve told Firefox to override the site font, and everything except this type box is still huge.

When this message was restored, a brief flash of small type was followed by growth. I’m thinking this may be a 12, and I’d prefer a 10. The path at the top and “Create New Topic” looks like a 16 or 18 point font. It’s just too big.

People complained and complained and complained that the font size was too small. So COTH made it bigger–a few times.

It seems this isn’t a user specific setting, so you’re probably stuck with it. There are browser extensions/plug ins where you can set the size and font type, if it’s a big problem. (Haha…BIG PROBLEM. See what I did there? I crack me up. :lol:)

If you think what you’re seeing is different than what other people are seeing, a screen shot might help?

If EVERYTHING on you computer is huge, it’s not just this forum, you probably have your browser zoomed. Try hitting Control - (Control key plus hyphen symbol) to adjust your zoom out.

Here is how you get there in the FF menus, too The little “-” to the left of 100%.

Or perhaps you’re using a non native resolution for the monitor, viney? That can also do it.
