Many times when I am wondering something, I search Google and COTH results are discovered. Since the forum change, the links rendered in Google search results, however, do not connect. Instead of being taken to the actual link I can see previewed in my google results, I am just taken to the list of various forums. Will this change? Or will Google no longer be able to gather those older threads?
It’s a known issue, just not a top priority. There are many “things that are wrong” and “I have questions” threads in the #technical-help-forum 
In the meantime, if you copy the google search forum result title and paste it into the search bar here, youll probably find the thread.

Just copy/paste any titles you’re looking for into the search bar on the site until that gets fixed. The search feature is much better than before so the thread you’re looking for should pop up.
