Does anyone know what is going on with Foxhall? I know it’s being developed into a sporting club/residential development/Westin conference center/many, many other things. Most of the information online touts the preservation of the equestrian facility, and there is an old listing for boarding online. However, when I drove around recently, there were only 2 horses to be seen and the barn had been converted into an event space/wedding venue. Anyone know the scoop?
I haven’t been to Foxhall since '02 - kinda sad they stopped running it. Anyone have Julie Richards info?
Julie Richards no longer owns it. It is now owned by a developer, the Merrill Trust Group.

Such a shame about Foxhall. Thank goodness Carl Bouckaert came along and developed Chatt Hills though I did hear a rumor that it’s for sale.
