A friend bought something from them well over a month ago and cannot get in touch with them. YES she has contacted her credit card and started that process after not getting any response after repeated efforts to reach Equi Point Horse Tack Saddlery. The charges on her card were to “Amazing Pony”
They have a mailing address on the website for Amazing Pony in Stone Mtn GA that is a ratty-looking residence.
When contacted via FB they say they have a warehouse in OH.
Yesterday there were two visitor posts from other customers trying to contact them via FB, their email addresses, etc about overdue/missing orders. Today those posts are gone.
They have no contact phone number.
