I have gotten my free USEF Fan membershiip at Pony Finals the past couple of years and just got a notice to renew. Does anyone know what, if any events, have or will have free fan memberships in the next few months?

I was able to use PonyFinals19 last week and it worked. Try that one (I’ve just been sticking the current year after “PonyFinals” for the past few years and it keeps working…)

How do you renew your fan membership? I have one from LKR3DE and would love to renew it (If I could with a free promo code, I can’t really afford the $25 fee every year), but when I tried it kept directing me to a competitive membership. When I finally got it to the page to renew my fan membership, it was asking for a discipline/breed, which I know it didn’t ask for when I created the account?
Just pick one. They won’t hold you to it…
You don’t ever have to pay unless you compete with USEF. I don’t know why it is directing you to a competitive membership… you can just enter the promo code and select fan membership upon renewal.

Promo codes may generally be found on the USEF Network Facebook page, most often in a promo video about a particular show. I help run StreamHorseTV, which is the website that has listings and links to horse show livestreams, and we always try to be aware of what the most current promo code is. Or ask here if you need one and don’t have one.
They are posted on COTH regularly. If you search the forums they are (afaik) always the same, just change the two digits to be the year. IE ponyfinals17 turned into ponyfinals18 turned into ponyfinals19 .

You have to wait. Usef will let you know when your membership is about to expire.
