As I understand the rules, for the USDF freestyles, you need a 63% in the highest test of the level or from a test above the level you’re qualifying to ride. For FEI it’s a 60%.

Can you qualify for a 4th level freestyle with a 60% at PSG?

Ditto Silverbridge’s response. I am doing exactly that. Stepped older horse down from I-1; we (well, I) needed a focus after the decision, and this seemed like a fun idea. Go for it!
