Fresh Hay

Please tell me if anyone ever develops a candle/perfume/air freshener that smells like a barn full of fresh hay.
Heavenly, and in these northern climates with winter a few short months away, just a relief.

LOL. I have told my hay guy that walking into his barn full of hay is to me the same as a kid in a candy store. I could ā€œbrowseā€ hay barns all day.

Now is my favorite time of year.
Yes, I hate the heat & humidity. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
But, all is forgiven when I sit in my barn with the year’s worth of hay stacked on pallets & making the barn smell A-mazing

I’d be sneezing! My nose has a love/hate relationship with fresh cut hay.

I’d take it. Add the sound of a horse munching contentedly on hay, and it would be perfect.

There is a company called Grey Horse Candle Company. She is an equestrian and sells equine/barn scented things. I’ve ordered from her before and was very satisfied!

Just checked them out,was having fun imagining how the different scents would match the name; the candle ā€˜Carriage Ride’ imagine well cared for old leather smells, ā€˜Blanket Season’ imagine fresh sweat and hay, then I came to ā€¦ā€œBran Mashā€ā€¦ all I could think of :poop:

I also would buy hay scented perfume or candles! Let us know if the product lives up to the smell names! I can get free harness smell of Carriage Ride. We drive horses all the time! However they have a whiff of fly spray along with sweat. No leather smell with synthetic harness! Ha ha Kind of a fresh air, horse sweat, fly spray smell. Depending on the season, you might also get hay, plowed dirt, strong wild flowers, some cattle added in.
