What jumper stallions have amazing frozen semen? I know I’ve heard that Balou frozen is as good as fresh. Others?

I have hard that Flipper D’elle has excellent frozen (although we did try once with a maiden through ET without success-- probably not the stallions fault.)

A high post thaw mobility would theoretically tell you the semen is good right? That being said , you’re still screwin sound with mother nature and if it’s not perfectly manufactured then it shouldn’t work right?. So we take the odds, calculate them and use up our chances. I think we have to get away from the idea that frozen semen has some outrageous negative component when we use it. It only takes one sperm to fertilize an egg. I think that when we move away from frozen semen being a “lesser” avenue for breeding will we see that chances are all worth taking no matter if it’s fresh or frozen.
I will agree with anyone who says that the chance seems greater with frozen, but when you have good capable vets and handlers of that semen, the odds are increased and your money is well spent.

I only used one dose with all of these stallions including three pregnancies with Catoki.
So much is in the hands of the person using it, that being said:
I’ve only ever heard that Diamant de Semillly is fantastic
I got a pregnancy with 1/2 dose of Calido (though I know others have had trouble using his frozen)
Got a pregnancy with a 1/2 dose of Contendro
