Mikey! Not bad for a 20 year old is he?
He’s very local to me and one of my favourites to watch out and about. He does a smart super accurate dressage test and boy can he jump!! A few photos I’ve taken over the last season or so:
He’s surprisingly quick XC too, I remember him getting several too fast time penalties at the Blair grassroots champs the year before.

Doesn’t seem to like coloured poles, but they both look like they really enjoyed that XC though.
I’ve seen him jump some lovely SJ rounds but it’s definitely his weakest phase. Doesn’t help that he’s usually the smallest in the section but throws in some ridiculously huge jumps and then doesn’t always make the distance in combinations.
I guess SJ is something you have to do to get to the good stuff

Super pony showing off some serious rideability through the combo with the red barns! I know a lot of people jumped the first as a corner and then straight on to the next…but that way works too I guess!
